Perform[d]ance e.V. is a regional dance center located in Northern Germany (founded in 2001). The association's dance artists and choreographers facilitate dance in all educational settings and reach out to the rural communities. They give children and young people as well as adults the opportunity to experience contemporary dance and interdisciplinary arts. Since the beginning, the major focus has been on performances and productions. The aim is to connect to the world and deal with its challenges through creative movement. Perform[d]ance regularly offers Artists-in- Residencies to international dance practitioners and advocates for dance and arts education on a regional and national level.
